Welcome to LEOPARD MOTORS INC. By accessing or using our website, submitting any form (including our Finance Application, Trade-In Appraisal, Test Drive / Book Appointment, Service Appointment, or Contact Us forms), or otherwise communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Company Information

LEOPARD MOTORS INC("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a licensed motor vehicle dealer located at 379 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A 1X4, providing automotive sales, financing referral, trade-in appraisal, maintenance, repair, and related customer support services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our website, submit any of our forms, apply for financing, or book a test drive.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information on any form, including the Finance Application, Trade-In Appraisal, or Test Drive form.

4. Products and Services

All vehicles, products, and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse service at our discretion, as permitted by law. Quotes, estimates, and pricing are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

4.1 Advertised Pricing (Finance vs. Cash)

Unless otherwise stated, vehicle prices advertised on our website and on third-party listing marketplaces (such as CarGurus and AutoTrader) reflect the finance price—that is, the price applicable when the vehicle is purchased using dealer-arranged financing. If you intend to purchase a vehicle with cash (i.e., without financing through us or our lending partners), an additional $1,500 will be added to the advertised price. Final pricing, applicable taxes, OMIC fee and licensing will be confirmed in writing prior to purchase.

5. Financing Applications

By submitting our online Finance Application, you represent that all information provided (including identity, income, employment, and residency details) is accurate and complete, and you authorizeLEOPARD MOTORS INC and its lending partners to obtain a consumer credit report and verify the information you provide in connection with evaluating your application.

• Submitting a finance application does not guarantee approval or specific financing terms. All financing is subject to credit approval and individual lender terms ("O.A.C.").
• Your application and supporting information may be shared with our network of lending partners solely for the purpose of obtaining financing on your behalf.
• You may withdraw a pending finance application at any time by contacting us using the information below.

You authorize LEOPARD MOTORS INC to submit your finance application, and the information contained in it, to one or more lenders within our lending network simultaneously or one after another in order to obtain financing on your behalf, including submitting it to an additional lender if a previous lender declines, offers terms you do not accept, or does not respond within a reasonable time.

You understand and acknowledge that this process may result in multiple credit inquiries appearing on your credit report, which may affect your credit score, and that LEOPARD MOTORS INC does not control and is not responsible for the approval decisions, interest rates, or terms offered by any individual lender.

6. Trade-In Appraisals

Trade-in values provided through our online appraisal tool or by our staff are estimates only, based on the information you provide. Final trade-in value is subject to an in-person physical inspection of the vehicle and may differ from any initial online estimate. You confirm that any vehicle submitted for appraisal is accurately described, including its condition, mileage, and ownership/lien status.

7. Vehicle Condition: Certified vs. As-Is Sales

Certified vehicles.Unless a vehicle is expressly advertised and sold "as-is," vehicles listed for sale byLEOPARD MOTORS INCare sold with a valid Ontario Safety Standards Certificate ("Certified" / "Safetied"), confirming the vehicle met the province's minimum safety requirements as of the date of inspection. A Safety Standards Certificate is not a warranty and does not guarantee the mechanical condition of the vehicle beyond the items inspected.

As-is vehicles.Where a vehicle is advertised or sold "as-is," the following statement applies and will also appear on the bill of sale, as required by Ontario's Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002:

"The motor vehicle sold under this contract is being sold 'as-is' and is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser's expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition."

An as-is vehicle may not be sold at or above its advertised price by relying on this as-is clause where the vehicle was advertised as certified; any change in a vehicle's certification status will be disclosed to you in writing before purchase. Where required, our advertising will separately state if a vehicle is not drivable and not certified, along with the cost of certification if we offer to provide it - certification is never a mandatory charge, and you always have the right to purchase an as-is vehicle without dealer-arranged certification.

8. Test Drives and Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling a test drive or any appointment. Appointment and test drive availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by LEOPARD MOTORS INC. To take a test drive, you must hold a valid driver's licence and, where requested, provide proof of valid auto insurance, and you must be accompanied by a member of our staff unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and in accordance with all applicable laws during the test drive.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages fromLEOPARD MOTORS INC. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Finance application and trade-in updates
• Service updates
• Customer support communications
• Account notifications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly using the information below. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

10. Telephone Communications and Automated Calling System

By providing your telephone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls from LEOPARD MOTORS INC, including calls made using an automated or predictive dialing system and/or ringless voicemail technology, regarding your inquiry, finance application, trade-in, test drive, appointment, or account. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes, where permitted by law. You may revoke this consent at any time by informing us verbally, in writing, by replying STOP to an SMS, or by contacting us using the information below; we will process opt-out requests within a reasonable time as required by applicable telecommunications rules. Your consent to be contacted by phone is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

12. Cookies, Google Analytics, and Google Ads

Our website uses cookies, Google Analytics, and Google Ads (including remarketing and conversion tracking). By using our website you consent to this use as further described in our Privacy Policy. You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics and personalized Google Ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, vehicle listings, and other materials, is the property of LEOPARD MOTORS INC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law. Vehicle descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are believed accurate but are not warranted and are subject to change or correction without notice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEOPARD MOTORS INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, forms, or services, or your participation in a test drive.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEOPARD MOTORS INC, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
